MAKE-IT-RIGHT PROMISE
If we miss agreed work, we return.
Tell us within the published service window when an item on your agreed checklist was missed. We return to correct that missed work at no extra charge. Final timing, exclusions and service terms appear before a live booking.
Condition, damage, access and out-of-scope requests are recorded separately so a cleaning result is not presented as a repair promise.
