MESSAGING
SMS Terms
SMS is not active until approved
Daylight will not send marketing or service texts until the sending identity, provider, campaign, opt-in flow, privacy notice, terms, logs, and suppression process are approved and registered where required.
Consent
Each program will use a clear, unchecked opt-in that identifies Daylight, describes the message types and expected frequency, states that message and data rates may apply, links to the Terms and Privacy pages, and says consent is not required to buy services. Consent will be limited to the identified sender and program.
Messages
Possible messages include appointment coordination, service updates, report notices, correction scheduling, and separately approved promotions. Message frequency varies by service and campaign. We will not add marketing content to an opt-out confirmation.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop messages. Natural-language requests will also be honored. Reply HELP for help. Daylight will send at most one opt-out confirmation and then suppress the number for that campaign. A phone or email alternative will be published if two-way texting is unavailable.
Records and privacy
We will retain consent and opt-out evidence, campaign version, source, timestamp, provider, and suppression status. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared for unrelated marketing. See the Privacy Notice and Terms.
Registration status
A2P/10DLC registration is not represented as complete. The final page must identify the provider, sending number, campaign use case, and approved registration evidence before any campaign launches.
